I think working in the customer service line will make u become a devil... haha... when u start work.. u are patient with everyone... but when u work longer... guess ur patient are running out... haha.... i always talk back at wadeva comment in my mind.. gosh.. i feel like a devil sia...

Guess wad.. either my devils mind is coming on to me or the pax is damn idiotic... gt a few irritating pax today...

Pax 1 story:
2 pax came in to chg their tkt.. cos about usd20 each to chg... so convert to sgd for them.. at first they refuse..
them: help mi help mi
them:i no money now.. can give discount??
Me:i didnt open this company.. i cannot give.. its standard procedure
Them: help mi help me... @#4!@#!@$%$%$^*&$%$@# (giving alot of stupid excuses)

but in the end... they fork up the money.. and i can see they are quite loaded -.-" still say no money..

Them:give usd can?
Me: no... we are in singapore... so pls give sgd
Me:downstairs gt money changer... you can go down

They still give me the usd..
Me:So wad now? u wanna me go down and chg for you? (feeling abit piss of le)
and they nodded

idiot.. when everything is over.. i see their smirk on the face.. gt the urge to box them...

Pax 2 story:
she:i came here to check my daughter tkt to here... can u check her sit confirm? she gt another bkg from this place also can check her sit also? we gt flgt bkg also.. can check for me? and she gt one more bkg.. check for me...

she expect me to give specific tmeing from this stop to that stopover.. and how long the flgt going to stop there... i was like.. u wanna know for wad?? plan ur every min and sec wad u going to do? just know when u take off and when u reaching will do wad.. argghhh... so irritating..

Pax 3 story:
Him:i can bk this tkt online... try 8 days already...
Me:ok.. i bk for u here.. but no disct if bk here
Him:wad.. is ur website gt prob.. ask mi to come down here bk.. i try everyday also cannot @#$@#%$#%#$^%&$%&^ (anther non stop attack)
call my colleague and gave him the disct
Me:ok done.. so this is the price.....
Him: WAD! the website is not that much! i did expect abit diff but i never expect "double" from internet.. wad is this! u ask ppl to come down here to charge them "double" @#$#%$^@%!@$#!@# (another attack and keep emphasing "double" which irritates me)i work in this line also ok...
Me: but this is the fare the system gave me

In my mind i was like wth... u dun wanna listen to me... he tot we jack up the exchange rate.. but infact this is not lo.. so he thinks we did illegal to jack up the exchange rate..
